After Power Yoga, this new form called Hot Yoga is the latest way that many people around the globe are choosing to lose weight, get better physical and mental health and also meditate. Hot Yoga has been usually associated with Bikram Yoga, which is a specific kind of Yoga introduced by Bikram Choudhary who is a renowned yoga guru. To couple a few meditation techniques with an hour of Hot Yoga can be the perfect workout for great physical and mental health. However, keep these tips in mind when choosing this kind of yoga.
