Bikram yoga has been founded by Bikram Choudhury and is based on the ancient Hatha yoga. It is also known as hot yoga as it is to be done in a room which is maintained at a temperature of 105˚F. It consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that are said to bring about profound changes in the body and mind of those who practice them.
